Criteria for Corporate Annual Plan memberships:
The location of the corporation will determine whether or not the
participants pay resident or non-resident rates.
All participants must either be: (1) employed full time (minimum
of 32 hours per week and receiving a regular salary) by the
company or (2) be an individual owning 15% or more of the company.
The company may add additional eligible participants during the
plan year, provided the company does not exceed the permitted cap
of up to eight participants, by paying the greater of: (1) a pro
rata portion of the applicable annual plan fee for the remaining
term of the annual plan or (2) one half of the annual plan fee.
The corporate annual
plan may not be transferred. The company may transfer
annual plan benefits, for the remaining term of the
annual plan, from one of its designated participants
to another eligible employee or qualified owner one
time, per participant, each plan year for a transfer
fee established by Rocky River Golf Club at Concord.
Individual participants designated under the corporate
annual plan who leave employment of the company or sell
their interest in the Corporation, must leave their
annual plan with the company and purchase a new annual
plan offered to individuals.
